Director of the Competent Authority of the Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources, Ms Tereere Tioti had an opportunity to participate in the development of the Forum Fisheries Agency’s (FFA) Market Access strategic plan that was held in Brisbane, Australia from 15th to 19th September. It is a great privilege to be involved in this workshop where it provides insight deliberation on key values, objectives and deliverables of the plan that FFA Market Access team can provide for all Regional Competent Authorities. MFOR is grateful for FFA’s support to allow Kiribati’s engagement this initiative, where we can develop a similar plan as a directive roadmap, enhance visibility, and monitor progress on key activities for the Competent Authorities (CAs).
